You express your consent with this policy by using the Display Menu application.
The Display Menu application ('App') does not collect any data, everything stays on your machine.
When the App starts, it does read a device identifier from your machine. To validate any purchases, the App checks this identifier against the one in the App Store receipt that was created by Apple when you downloaded the App. After this check, the App deletes the identifier from its memory.
The European data protection laws grant you certain rights about the data we collect. Since we do not collect any data, none of these rights apply.
We never collect or maintain information in the app from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13.
We do not collect any personal information. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
We don't have the technical measures in place to respond to these signals, but we don't track you anyway.
We only store the following data on your device: The Mac App Store receipt that Apple issues when you download the app from the Mac App Store or when you purchase any in app purchases is stored encrypted inside the App container. Any preferences you set when you use the App are stored in the preference system of macOS.
We may change this policy whenever we update the app or when we are legally required to do so
Since we don't collect any personally identifiable information, we don't know who you are and cannot notify you of changes; please check back here regularly to find out about changes.
